Actually Rome has lots of great view so it's too hard to use "best view" but it has a great view in Flaminio district, the bad thing is that the terrace is not big enough

The Pincio of today was laid out in 1809-14 by Valadier. The orchards got laid out with wide viali; a garden axis of the Villa Medici extends to the obelisk placed at the center of radiating viali.

Amazing view of the Piazza di Popolo and background the city of Rome????. Great view of the sunset and also offers the possibility for a nice walk around the park. I definitely recommend it!

Se encuentra arriba de la piazza del popolo! Se tiene la mejor vista de Roma junto a la cúpula de San Pedro . A pocos metros está el parque de Villa Borghese. Muy tranquilo
